Outbound Business Telesales

You'll provide the best customer experience around, using your sales experience and knowledge of market conditions to contact potential customers at exactly the right time with the perfect product to match their needs. Working in Outbound Business Sales, I want to provide the best possible customer experience.
You'll use your detailed knowledge of our products and services and natural sales skills to discover what our customers need and offer them the best possible solutions. We'll also look to you for solid intelligence on our competitors, including their price positions, negotiation points and the features of their new products. What's more, you'll support the launch of new products and services by becoming an expert on their features and benefits, incorporating them into sales conversations and keeping colleagues informed about how they can use them to win and retain business.
