Senior Business Analysts

At VOLVO CARS IT you find outstanding opportunities to develop your skills and grow as a professional. As SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS within the group Business Demand & Strategy (BDS) you will be responsible for supporting the business in marketing and sales development. BDS is responsible for strategic planning of IT and alignment with business plans. Your challenge is to be the link between IT and the business and be responsible for translating business wants and needs into concrete requirements.

We are looking for Senior Business Analysts within the following areas:

Revenue Management with focus on revenue management, market intelligence, business intelligence and reporting and price management.

Marketing and Sales with focus on sales and order management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), volume and capacity planning and used and fleet car management.

Job profile:

Participate in IT strategy development by securing IT alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services related processes and strategies
Lead pre-studies, project assessments, and manage analysis of customer requirements
Work with Enterprise Architecture team to secure adherence to information architecture principles and technology standards.
Plan the requirements development process and determine how to develop and specify requirements in enough details to allow them to be successfully implemented in projects
Apply data modeling to organize the data flowing through the business processes, i.e. conceptual and logical data modeling
Workshop facilitation

Your profile:
At least five years of progressive responsibilities in Business Analysis in either an IT or Business role
Experience of Business intelligence solutions
Process oriented, organized and structured in following up the work
Customer oriented and business focused
Excellent communication skills and competence to coach others
Enthusiastic and self motivated
Good knowledge of English and Swedish (spoken and written)
BSc in e.g IT/Business Administration/Marketing and Sales or equivalent relevant experience
